XenAI Limited ("we", "us", "our") wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for CSCS Mock Test app purchases.
All premium plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of the original purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund under this guarantee:

Email xenailimited@gmail.com with your registered email address and the date of purchase

We will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly plans are recurring subscriptions billed automatically at the start of each period.

You may cancel at any time via Settings → Manage Subscription
•
Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period
•
We do not issue partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period, except within the 7-day guarantee window
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment. It is eligible for our 7-day money-back guarantee. After 7 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in the following circumstances:

Excessive usage: We reserve the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of excessive usage, including but not limited to taking more than 10 tests, answering more than 200 questions, or making more than 20 AI explanation requests during the refund-eligible period.
•
Repeated requests: Refunds are limited to one per customer. We do not issue multiple refunds to the same account.
•
Abuse of service: We reserve the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of excessive usage, repeated refund requests, or attempts to exploit the service.

Chargebacks: If you experience any billing issue, please contact us at xenailimited@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
Refunds will not be issued if:
•
More than 7 days have passed since the original purchase (outside the guarantee window)
•
The account has been suspended or banned for violating our Terms of Service
•
The refund is for a renewal charge that was not cancelled before the renewal date (we send renewal reminders)
•
Usage thresholds described in Section 4 have been exceeded
We will send a reminder email before any subscription renewal. If you no longer wish to continue, please cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are processed via Stripe and returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
