XenAI Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates CSCS Mock Test (cscsmocktest.uk). This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for CSCS Mock Test purchases.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If our digital content is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to the remedies provided by law, which may include repair, replacement or a refund, regardless of the limits set out below.
Our service is digital content supplied immediately after purchase. During checkout, you give your express consent to immediate access and acknowledge that, once supply has begun, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed content (Section 1) are unaffected.
Although the statutory right to cancel is waived at checkout, we voluntarily offer a refund as a gesture of goodwill where all of the following conditions are met:

The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
•
You have answered fewer than 250 practice questions
•
You have completed fewer than 5 mock tests
•
You have made fewer than 20 AI explanation requests
•
No previous refund has been issued on your account
To request a goodwill refund, email support@cscsmocktest.uk from your registered email address, stating the date of purchase. Refunds under this policy are issued at our reasonable discretion.
Weekly, and Monthly plans are recurring subscriptions billed automatically at the start of each period.

You may cancel at any time via Settings → Manage Subscription
•
Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period
•
We do not issue partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where Section 1 or Section 3 applies
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment. It is eligible for a goodwill refund under Section 3. Outside
