This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CITB or any official body. The CSCS test is administered by CITB. This app is an independent study aid and is not an official test provider.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CSCS Mock Test app is a private study preparation tool. It provides:

The Service is provided for educational purposes only. We make no guarantee that use of this app will result in passing the official CSCS test.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Premium access is available via Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Lifetime plans. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

You may cancel a subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods except under our 7-day guarantee.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XENAI LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
